This project involved the new construction of a 15,880 SF commercial building designed to accommodate six individual units. The scope included the complete buildout of one 5,040 SF unit for VGC’s new Florida office, featuring modern finishes, efficient workspace design, and high-quality infrastructure to enhance functionality and comfort. The remaining five units were delivered as shell spaces, allowing for future tenant buildouts with a flexible layout, tailored to the leasee specifications for a variety of commercial uses.
