Terry Timm
Terry started his construction career in 1987. He successfully started two construction entities, now owned by their respective partners. In 2005, He began Vision Contractors, a metal framing and drywall subcontractor, working throughout the United States. From 2008-2010, Terry tested and qualified for 10 contractors licenses in the Southeast. Licenses are held in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia.
In 2014, Terry began Vision General Contractors to fully engage in his expertise and further expand his experience into general contracting.
In addition to construction, Terry is an entrepreneur who has built a successful real estate holding company that he maintains and operates.
Tony Durand
In 1985, Tony started in the construction industry as a superintendent in Atlanta, GA, later transferring to Knoxville, TN seeking new challenges and career opportunities. After working as a superintendent for multiple years, in 2004 Tony joined Goody’s Family Clothing in Knoxville, TN as a Project Manager. He quickly rose through the ranks from an entry level position and was ultimately promoted to Director of Construction. In 2010, a sudden decline in the commercial construction/ retail industry resulted in the Goody’s corporation downsizing.
Tony was recruited by a locally owned up and coming general contractor in Knoxville, TN and made the decision to leave Goody’s Family Clothing to pursue this unique small business opportunity. In 2015, Tony accepted an offer with our company Vision Contractors, bringing his 30 plus years of construction leadership and project management to our team.
His new responsibilities will include the following:

Robert Taylor
Robert Taylor joined the management team of Vision General Contractors of Ga in 2020, and serves as Director of Construction. With over 18 years of experience in the construction industry, Rob has honed his skill set as an accomplished estimator and project manager for numerous clients across various construction sectors. His comprehensive understanding of project needs from conception to completion allows him to act as an integral collaborator for VGC’s diverse partnerships, continually challenging himself and his team to foster strong relationships and exceed expectations.
A native Floridian, Rob was raised in South Florida before moving to Gainesville, where he graduated from University of Florida’s prestigious M.E. Rinker, Sr. School of Construction Management. Based out of VGC’s Daytona Beach office, Rob enjoys spending his spare time fishing, boating, and traveling with his wife and three children.
Leon Drumm
In 1980, Leon formed his carpentry company specializing in metal stud, drywall and finish carpentry. After 18 years in business and the decline of the industry in the 90’s, in 1998, he took the position of estimator with a major national retail construction company, Scorpio Construction, located in New Jersey. Within six months at this company he was promoted to Senior Project Manager. With this retail construction company he gained valuable experience working with several different retailers along with building professional relationships with their clients. His tasks included every item from reviewing estimates prior to submission to the client to project close out.
In 2004 he accepted a position at an up and coming retail construction company, Abaco Construction as Project Manager. Not soon after he received this position, the company split and 1ST Choice Facilities and Construction was formed where he was promoted to Director of Construction. At this position he helped grow the company to become a major player in the industry.
In 2006, he was offered his previous position at Scorpio Construction and accepted. Back at Scorpio, as a Senior Project Manager, he continued to build on the relationships with his clients, subcontractors, and piers.
In 2015, Scorpio Construction merged with Jayeff Construction and Leon accepted a position as Project Manager. With Jayeff, Leon’s sole responsibility consisted of the H&M account, where he completed 21 new stores and 2 open store remodels.
In 2018, he was offered an opportunity to come work with the Vision Team and accepted. Leon brings his 30 plus years of construction knowledge of which, 20 years being solely retail construction, to the team. Leon’s duties include marketing, estimating along with project management.
James Mobley
James Mobley started his construction career in 1998 after graduation from Bowdon High School. He was then introduced into the steel industry where he worked alongside his father as an Industrial Ironworker for 13 years. During this tenure he gained his certified welding certificate (CW) by the AWS organization. He worked his way up through the ranks from a Rigger to a Journeyman Foreman.
In 2011 he transitioned into the Superintendent role. During his tenor here he picked up multiple certifications such as MSA Safety, R.I.T.E, and CPR training while overseeing multiple crews during construction at many different Georgia Power plants throughout the state.
In 2015 he transitioned into a Commercial Superintendent role at Caliber 1 Construction. After 2 years he was promoted to Project Manager. He completed over 40 successful ground up projects from estimating to closeout over the next 5 years as a Project Manager.
In 2022 he joined the VGC team where he is a Project Manager out of the Cartersville, GA location. James brings 25 years of construction experience from industrial and commercial projects. He has built relationships along with projects with a large amount of clients in the commercial world.
Bradley Durand
Mr. Durand graduated from the University of Tennessee with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Prior to transferring to Tennessee, he spent two years at Western Carolina University where he was a student-athlete on the golf team.
While finishing up his degree at Tennessee, he worked in residential construction before joining Vision General Contractors part-time in 2019. Bradley accepted a Full-Time position with Vision General Contractors in 2020 and became a member in 2022.
In his free time, Bradley enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, Sarah and daughter, Parker.
Bill Lucia
Luke White
Luke White has educational experience and a Masters Degree in Architecture from Florida A&M University where he graduated in 2006.
He has work experience with building industry companies ranging from Fore Property Company a national multi-family developer to Hensel Phelps Construction Company a national commercial contractor.
More recently he worked for Culpepper Construction Company in a project management role on the Marianna K-8 School in Marianna, FL. He also worked for Ajax Building Company in a project management role on the Orlando Utility Commission Maintenance Facility in St. Cloud, FL.
In 2023 he joined the VGC team where he is currently the Project Manager out of the Daytona Beach, FL office.

Keith Patterson
Keith Patterson is a Project Manager for Vision General Contractors who graduated from McEachern High School in 2003. After high school he started in the electrical field and transitioned from electrical into construction in 2010 where he worked as a Forman with Crown Industrial Services. He excelled in his career path with his performance in managing jobs and distributing workload responsibilities.
In 2015 he became a Superintendent with J.M. Williams Contractors and in 2017 with KJG Contractors, where he managed all phases of remodel and tenant build outs. As a Superintendent he was responsible for safety enforcement, crew management, job progress, job inspections, creating RFI, and collaborating with architects and engineers.
Keith’s experience working in the electrical and construction fields he has become proficient in skills including; trouble shooting and problem solving, electrical work, crew/task management, reading and comprehending blue prints, masonry and tile work, plumbing, rough carpentry and mill works, drywall, painting, punch list completion, multiple types of floor covering, and installation of door hardware and accessories.
In 2018 Keith Patterson joined VGC as a Superintendent. In his 20 years of construction experience he has worked on single-family residential, multi-family living, commercial, & industrial projects such as,
